#BloggersFestival
Straight after the #BloggersLunch, we headed as a big group to the #BloggersFestival at the Conrad London St James Hotel, just a short walk away from the Pizza Express where we ate lunch. Organised by the gorgeous Scarlett London, this was the second annual event of its kind and promised to be bigger and better than ever.
The venue for the #BloggersFestival was absolutely lovely and we were greeted with drinks and canopes. Unfortunately we’d just eaten that huge lunch and so I was full to bursting point and restrained myself from trying them, even though they looked really delicious – mini burgers and fish and chip cones!
I must admit, I felt a little overwhelmed as I’d never been to such a big event for my blog before. I’ve been to huge expos like Professional Beauty and World Travel Market for work, but never anything like that purely for my blog. And the #BloggersFestival was HUGE! There were stands from all sorts of beauty, skin care, fashion and wellness brands. The prettiest stand had to be Jewellery Box which was like an enchanted forest and The Perfume Shop was another highlight with their pink Barbie house and mini cupcakes – I would definitely recommend the Hugo Boss cinnamon flavour!

Minimum is launching in the UK – those Danes sure know how to dress for the winter!
I wandered around, talking to pretty much everyone that was there and it was a really great opportunity to make contacts within the beauty and fashion industries and other bloggers. Plus, I got a glitter tattoo from Glimmer!
Making friends
I made lots of lovely bloggers friends at the #BloggersFestival including Holly from The Holly Days, Lana from Fashion Fake, and Maryam from Maryam Sofia who I walked round the festival with. Without a doubt, the very best thing about blogging events (and blogging in general!) is making new friends and I’m sure we’ll all keep in touch and see each other at some other London events too.
The Goody Bag
The bloggers at the #BloggersFestival were without a doubt well and truly spoiled. We came away with so many products from all the brands that were exhibiting plus everything that we picked up on the way around the festival. I came away with absolutely everything – from shampoo and conditioner and skincare products to hot sauce and pop corn!
I literally almost cried when I had to carry my goody bag plus my overnight bag on the train home on Sunday!
Special shout out to UK fashion brand Bon Prix as I actually won a special goody bag from them with a woolly bobble hat which will be perfect for my trip to New York in December plus some other beauty bits and pieces.
I was there too last septmeber ! I cannot wait the next one 🙂
Eeee me too! Hope to meet you at the next one!
