Review: Living Nature Nourishing Day Cream*

Living Nature Nourishing Day Cream

With summer time just around the corner (although you wouldn’t know it from the chilly temperatures today) plus the fact that I’ve just been on holiday and would really like to keep my tan more than a day for once, I need a lovely rich moisturiser to keep my skin feeling nourished.

This Living Nature Nourishing Day Cream is, like all the rest of the Living Nature range, contains only certified natural preservatives, fragrances and ingredients which is great if, like me, you’ve been increasingly aware of what you’re putting onto your skin. It also contains the brand’s hero ingredient manuka honey – a helpful addition providing moisturising, nourishing, protecting and healing benefits.

The first thing to say about this is that it is super nourishing. It’s kind of relaxing to apply as it feels so rich and luxurious when you’re massaging it into your skin. You only need to use a teeny tiny bit of the product as it really is super rich, which leads me to believe that a 100ml bottle would last quite a while, making this a worthwhile investment if you’re penny-conscious. Like any moisturiser, it’s applied all over the face and neck after cleansing and toning.

As it’s all natural the fragrance is a really fresh one which I adore. After use it leaves your complexion glowing and radiant. I’m not sure if I would use a moisturiser this rich all year round, especially as my skin is really oily, but it’s absolutely perfect for the extreme conditions your skin has to face in summer or winter or as a gorgeous night cream. If you’re skin is normal-dry or dry, this moisturiser would be a great match for you.
