#BookClub: Absolute Truth, For Beginners*

Absolute Truth For Beginners
Remember my review of Katarina West’s debut novel Witchcraft Couture? Well she’s back with a brand new novel, Absolute Truth, For Beginners, the story of protagonist Elisa Mancini, a nobody. I was lucky enough to get a forward copy of the e-book and I’ve been devouring it nightly, before bed.

Elisa is 23 and a university drop-out living at her aunt’s house and waiting for life to happen to her. Judith Shapiro, on the other hand, is a somebody. She’s massive in the scientific and mathematics world and Elisa falls madly in love with her, becoming her mistress. Through twists and turns, difficulties and the wildness of love, the plot navigates.

The story is about truth, time and love. Written in Katarina’s eloquently articulate writing style, the characters are relatable and you feel almost as if you’re living in Elisa’s shoes during the story. She is a complex lead which makes her all the more likeable. In the end, it’s a story about becoming who you really are.

Absolute Truth, For Beginners will be published on 15th December 2015. However, if you want to get your sticky mitts on a copy before the launch date, it is available on Amazon now, at a special price of just 99p for the e-book.
